Job Description

Summary

  • Coordinate all hotel, apartments, visitor lodging, and approved ground transportation arrangements for employees and visitors. Ensure accurate tracking, timely communication, and alignment with company travel policies.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties not listed may be assigned.
  • Coordinate hotel and apartment reservations for employees and visitors, including check-in/check-out tracking and occupancy management. 35%
  • Arrange approved ground transportation services including company drivers, shuttles, and airport pickup/drop-off coordination. 20%
  • Communicate with hotels, landlords, and travel vendors regarding availability, pricing, service quality, and issue resolution. 20%
  • Maintain accurate lodging and transportation tracking logs and support invoice validation and routing for approval. 15%
  • Coordinate travel-related information with HR, Security, and department leaders to ensure smooth visitor and employee arrivals. 10%

Education and/or Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field preferred
  • Minimum two years of experience in travel coordination, hospitality, or administrative support preferred

Working Conditions
